17 DEAD IN GAS PIPELINE EXPLOSION AT A MOSQUE IN BANGLADESH
Around 17 people died while 20 others were hurt in a gas pipeline explosion at a mosque outside Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Among the fatalities is a 7-year old child.
The blast happened during the night prayer at the Baitus Saldam Mosque in Narayanganj.
Abdullah Al Arefin, assistant director of the fire service, believes that the gas accumulated inside the mosque from a leak in the pipeline.
