According to the results of a recent Pulse Asia survey released on Wednesday, most Filipinos remain hopeful for the year 2021 despite the ongoing cCOVID-19 pandemic.

The survey, conducted from November 3 to December 2, 2020, revealed that 91% of Filipino adults said they will face the new year with hope.

Pulse Asia said this view was shared by populations in every geographic area and socio-economic grouping.

Only 1% of those surveyed said they were facing the coming year without hope, while 8% said they are ambivalent on the matter.

Pulse Asia said the figures were essentially the same as those it recorded in December last year
