Chadwick Boseman’s death certainly took the world by surprise. Apart from his Marvel co-actors and the NBA, the Obamas took social media to express her grief.

On Twitter, Barack Obama retweeted Boseman from a 2016 meeting and said, “To be young, gifted, and Black, to use that power to give them heroes to look up to; to do it while in pain — what use of his years.”

“Chadwick came to the White House to work with kids when he was playing Jackie Robinson. You could tell right away that he was blessed. To be young, gifted, and Black; to use that power to give them heroes to look up to; to do it all while in pain – what use of his years.” The former President wrote on his twitter.

Meanwhile, Michelle posted a photo taken by photographer Chuck Kennedy, who showed herself and Chadwick meeting at the White House hands clasped together.
