Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Police General Camilo Pancratius Cascolan has designated Police Brigadier General Romeo Caramat Jr. to lead Police Regional Office – Caraga.

Caramat will replace Police Brigadier General Joselito Esquivel, who will retire from police service on Thursday, September 17.

Caramat, chief of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group, will be replaced by Police Brigadier General Armando De Leon, who is the deputy regional director for administration of Police Regional Office XI (Davao Region).

Moreover, Cascolan tapped Police Colonel Detran Jr. to take De Leon’s post also effective on Thursday.
