Some passengers of Light Rail Transit – Line 1 (LRT1) were disappointed on Monday morning when they arrived at Roosevelt Station and found it closed.

Passengers would have to take an additional bus trip from Roosevelt Station to reach LRT1 Balintawak Station,

The Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) announced last month the temporary closure of the LRT1 Roosevelt station from September 5 to December 28 for the construction of the common station to service the LRT1, MRT3, MRT7, and the Metro Manila Subway.

With the temporary closure of Roosevelt Station, the Balintawak Station is now the last stop in the LRT1 route coming from Baclaran.
