FIL-CANADIAN ACTOR ERIC BAUZA IS VOICING BUGS BUNNY, DAFFY DUCK AND MORE IN ‘SPACE JAM 2’
Voice actor Eric Bauza will be lending his voice to Bugs Bunny and other iconic characters in an upcoming “Space Jam” sequel.
“Space Jam: A New Legacy” is expected to star NBA star LeBron James. It is a follow-up to the original 1996 “Space Jam” film starring basketball legend Michael Jordan.
Apart from Bugs Bunny, Bauza will also be voicing other iconic Looney Tunes characters like Daffy Duck, Marvin the Martian, Tweety Bird and Pepe Le Pew for the film.
Bauza is currently based in Los Angeles, but proudly hails from Toronto, Canada.
As he mentioned in his previous interviews, getting to voice Bugs Bunny was “a dream come true.” He grew up a big fan of Mel Blanc, after all, the original voice actor behind the cartoon and other iconic Looney Tunes characters.
“It was just a lifelong admiration of Mel Blanc and the work that he left behind you know 80 years later were still talking about his performance and what made Bugs Bunny Bugs Bunny.”
