Vaccine Czar Secretary Carlito Galvez jr. said the government will waste no hour in administering COVID-19 vaccines to citizens once they become available.

“Nakikita po natin na ang capacity natin if we are going to vaccinate more or less 50 million, ang kailangan natin ma-vaccinate every day is 150,000,” Galvez said .

Last Monday, the Department of Health announced it has identified over 4,000 fixed vaccination points across the Philippines for the COVID-19 immunization program.

Galvez said the government will finish validating on January 30 the masterlist of priority COVID-19 vaccine recipients in the country, as well as the masterlist of the resources that will be used.
