Isa na namang petisyon ang isinampa sa Korte Suprema upang kwestyunin ang Anti-Terrorism Law.Kabilang sa mga petitione ang grupong Council for People’s Development (CPDG) and Governance, Ang IBON Foundation, Kalikasan at iba pang kaalyado nito.

Ang kanilang grupo ay binubuo ng mga humanitarian workers, environmentalist, farm workers, scientist, consumers, at childrens rights advocates, na lahat ay kontra sa kontrobersyal na panukala.

Respondents sa petisyon sina Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Senate President Tito Sotto at House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano.

Pinapalagan ng petitioner ang panukalang batas, na nagiging daan sa “red-tagging,” harassment, at pang-abuso umano ng pamahalaan sa mga civil society group.

Sa ngayon, ay mahigit na sa 30 petisyon ang inihain sa Korte Suprema laban sa Anti-terror law, at wala pang itinakdang petsa ang Supreme Court kung kelan magsasagawa ng oral arguments sa naturang usapin.
