Sa pulong ng House Committee on People’s Participation sinabi ni Tatiana Shlychkova, Minister-Counsellor at Deputy Head of Mission ng Russian Embassy, binigyan nila ang Pilipinas ng tatlong opsyon upang makakuha ng bakuna.

Una na dito ang pagbili ng bakuna, ang isa at ang pakikibahagi sa clinical trial, o kaya naman ay magkaroon ng local manufacturer ng bakuna dito sa bansa.

Sakaling piliin ng Pilipinas na magkaroon ng local manufacturing dito ay handa rin aniya silang ibahagi ang kanilang teknolohiya.

Ayon naman kay Vladislav Mongush, first secretary ng Russian Embassy, nagkakaroon na ng palitan ng impormasyon sa pagitan ng ating Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD) at kanilang Russian Direct Investment Fund.

Nasa kamay na umano ng Filipino experts ang pag busisi sa mga dokumento at research ng Gamaleya Research Institute hinggil sa bakuna at kung papayagan ang paggamit dito.
