According to Special Adviser to the National Task Force on COVID-19 Dr. Tony Leachon, risk communication is essential.

He also urged the Department of Health to act more with urgency.

Leachon believes that reporting the cases of the virus in the country has not been very reliable.

Other countries do not report late cases, and if there are backlogs, they should have been fixed immediately.
